Licensing for the Import & Export of Dangerous Goods

PBS are BIS registered and approved for both export and Import licensing, this means we can apply for licenses on a customers behalf (subject to appropriate registration/permissions and approval) we have extensive knowledge of the rules and categories which is often a complete minefield (forgive the pun!)

There are numerous controls on imports and exports of weapons and explosives. Licence requirements usually depends on the potential use of the item – ie if it has a military application (usually referred to as dual-use goods) and where you are wanting them exporting to.
